• All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Time & Charges

• Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
• Express Shipping (if available): Delivery within 3 business days at an additional cost.
• Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

3. Delivery Information

• We deliver across India.
• Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier issues, or holidays.
• Ensure that your shipping details are accurate to avoid delivery issues.

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
• You can track your order using the provided link or by logging into your account.

5. Undelivered Orders
If the courier is unable to deliver the package due to incorrect address or unavailability, it may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
 In case of lost or damaged shipments, please contact us at sufisoulclothing@gmail.com within 5 days of expected delivery. We will assist in resolving the issue with the courier service.
