At Sufi Soul, every tee is made with intention — and we want it to feel just as good on you as it looks. Here's how we handle things if something doesn't go as planned.

The Honest Part: No Refunds We don't offer refunds once an order is placed. We know, we know — but every piece is made with care and we stand behind the quality. So take a moment, check the size guide, and order with confidence. We believe you'll love it.

The Good Part: Size Exchanges — We've Got You Ordered a size that plays hard to get? No stress. We do size exchanges, happily.

Here's how it works:

• WhatsApp or email us within 7 days of receiving your order
• The tee must be unworn, unwashed, and have all its tags still attached (basically, it should look like it just left our hands)
• Ship it back to us — reverse shipping is on you (₹99 usually does it)
• Once we receive and inspect it, we'll send your new size within 2-3 working days

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

• Only size issues qualify — we can't exchange tees that have been worn, washed, or loved a little too hard
• Discounted or sale items are final — they've already had their moment
• Damage from misuse or wear & tear doesn't qualify, but we trust you knew that
